The Goldfields Women’s Health Care Centre is seeking a female General Practitioner to provide high quality primary health care services to the women in our community through the Well Women’s Clinic.

Based within the highly respected Goldfields Women’s Health Care Centre, you will be responsible for the provision of competent patient-centred care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness.

To be our successful candidate, you should possess the following:

♦️Registration as a medical practitioner with Medical Board
♦️Vocational registration with RACGP
♦️Current Medical Indemnity
♦️Demonstrate a knowledge of and compliance with all relevant legislation and common law obligations
♦️Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision with genuine empathy and interest in their needs
♦️Demonstrated ability to work well within a small team, adding value to workplace culture
♦️Australian Government COVID-19 Digital Certificate or evidence (immunisation record) of full COVID-19 vaccination including Booster Vaccination as per the current Public Health Mandate

Client Services Officer – Casual x2 $36 p/h | GWHCC

The Goldfields Women’s Health Care Centre has been dedicated to improving the health outcomes of families in the Goldfields for over 30 years. We are currently seeking 2 casual Client Services Officers who are passionate about women’s health and wellbeing to join our close-knit team on a casual basis (approx 10 hours per week covering lunch breaks).

Our Client Services Officers are primarily responsible for supporting Centre management and staff, providing organisational and administrative support, enabling the Centre to provide high quality service to clients.  

This position is the first point of contact to visitors of the Centre, as the successful candidate you will be responsible for making appointments for clients wishing to access Centre services, processing of payments and maintaining Centre databases.

To be successful in this position you will need to:

🟣 Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role / customer service environment

🟣 Knowledge of Microsoft software with exposure to diary / booking programs

🟣 Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to work across a number of tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail

🟣 Uphold the Centre values and reputation

🟣 Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and the ability to achieve organisational and team values, goals and objectives 

🟣 Strong communication and organisational skills

🟣 Exposure to health promotion activities

🟣 A desire to be a part of a service that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives
