Natrad Kalgoorlie is seeking Radiator Repairers, these are entry level positions with full training provided. We are looking for attitude, not skill.

We are also looking for experienced Radiator Repairer looking for a change of scenery, so if you have experience we’d love to have a chat about joining the Natrad team.

Natrad Kalgoorlie is a busy workshop based in the heart of town, as a Radiator Repairer you will be responsible for:

  • Disassembly & assembling of cars, industrial & heavy equipment radiators
  • Pressure washing & painting parts
  • Soldering

Even though these are entry level positions, you will need some key skills and behaviours:

  • A willingness to learn and focus on what needs to be done
  • Be mechanically minded and have experience using basic tooling
  • Able to undertake physical work 
  • Driver’s Licence 
  • Forklift Licence or the ability to obtain

These are full time positions commencing on a flat rate of $32 per hour, hours of work are Mon – Fri plus Saturday mornings when required.

Leading Hand | Genwest

Genwest services a niche market specialising in supply and maintenance of lighting towers and generators, the newly created position of Leading Hand will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance team in addition to supporting the Maintenance Manager and Sales Coordinator with customer requirements.

To be successful in this role you should bring a skill set and standard of personal conduct that will add value to our team. You should have a passion for your trade that drives you to produce quality work and develop the skill of our apprentices.

You will be required to:

  • Support the Maintenance Manager with job allocation, employee movements and ordering of parts.
  • Support the maintenance team with diagnostics & fault finding, servicing & repairs, skill development and attending field service call outs. 
  • Receive in equipment returns and new hire equipment. 
  • Travel to various sites throughout WA, including overnight stays.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Ideally, WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical licence with a mechanical aptitude or, Certificate III in Engineering (Heavy Diesel Fitter/Mechanic or a similar relevant trade qualification)
  • A desire to motivate, encourage and inspire the team ensuring a professional, proactive and value driven culture.
  • A commitment to producing quality work, ensuring high standards are reinforced.
  • The ability to work as part of a larger team across the business.
  • A strong commitment to safe work practices with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Current WA “C” Class driver’s licence 
  • The ability to meet client site access requirements.

To be successful you need to be passionate about coffee – we use fresh coffee beans, there’s no push button vending coffee in our cafe & vans, however on going coffee training will be provided

In addition to making a killer coffee, you’ll serve fresh food and snacks and have a great personality. Naturally, you will be required to have a current MDL and an excellent driving record (van based positions).

These positions will be approx 30 hours per week on a casual basis, the rate is $35 per hour and the customer connections you’ll make are free ❤️
