Bundarra Contracting specialise in earthworks, construction and ore haulage services in the Eastern Goldfields region, they are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team in Kalgoorlie.
To be successful in this role you should have previous administration experience, exposure to HR will be valuable, but not essential as full training will be provided. An ability to adjust to moving priorities is a must, as is being well structured and process orientated to ensure compliance requirements and deadlines are met.
In this role you will be responsible for –
- Preparation of site entry paperwork, arranging medicals and employee travel
- Assisting with employee enquiries
- Data entry of employee paperwork and daily reports
- Payroll processing using Xero
- Supporting management through general administration duties
- Support and value a culture of diversity and inclusion
