Organisational Development Manager

Are you a skilled organisational development specialist looking to get your teeth into a meaty role?

Our client is a large organisation (350+ employees) with a mixture of white and blue collar employees. We are looking for a skilled practitioner to develop strategies to enhance their workplace culture, drive performance and take the organisation into the future.

Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team you will be responsible for the design and implementation of actions to address the findings of their cultural survey. This role will require coaching and development of leaders to achieve outcomes, build engaged teams and a positive culture.

A key component of this role is to build the capability of their leaders and teams, this will be achieved through education and initiatives designed to develop and engage the workforce.

Ideally, you should have a strong background in organisational development in a similar sized organisation, formal qualifications Training and Development or similar, coupled with extensive knowledge of training and development principals and practices.

You should be able to effectively influence change at all levels of the organisation, build effective working relationships with stakeholders and promote ideas that add strategic value.

– Demonstrated experience in a similar sized organisation leading organisational wide projects.
– Cert IV in Training & Development or equivalent
– Extensive knowledge of training and development principles and practices. Including being skilled at developing and where necessary delivering training programs
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
– A satisfactory National Police Clearance and current WA “C” Class driver’s licence.
