The Receptionist is the first point of call for this community organisation, meeting and greeting clients and stakeholders it’s your job to make visitors feel welcome and valued.
Aside from from being a welcoming presence you will also support the Operations Coordinator and Manager with the day to day operations of the Centre, and support the Legal team through prompt and friendly appointment bookings and ad-hoc support.
We need someone who can uphold the values of the Centre while contributing to a positive, collaborative and innovative culture.
About the Receptionist position:
◆ Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm with some after hours work for late appointments (willing to consider a job share arrangement or flexibility)
◆ A customer orientated focus, sound written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with employees, customers and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences
◆ Developed computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
◆ Strong team player contributing to a culture of respect and accountability across the organisation
