The People & Culture Office is a Kalgoorlie based human resources (HR) consulting company that specialises in developing partnerships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).

The People & Culture Office was created as a response to the change Simone wanted to see in the approach to the management of people & culture; a focus on building the capacity of the business through an inclusive and valued workforce. 

Throughout her career spanning the Local Government, Mining and Not-For-Profit sectors Simone identified that many small – medium enterprises required HR support but didn’t necessarily have the requirement for a dedicated person employed within their business. The People & Culture Office aims to embed the skills and knowledge once only the domain of large organisations into SME’s within the Goldfields Esperance region.
