Support hours: 5 hours per month

This package provides access to practical HR advice and support for everyday people matters, helping you respond confidently and appropriately when issues arise.

Support includes:
✔ Generalist HR advice and guidance
✔ Preparation of employment contracts for new starters
✔ Drafting of policies and position descriptions beyond initial People & Culture Foundations
✔ Award interpretation, pay increases, and compliance support
✔ Guidance on employee matters, meetings, and terminations

This package is ideal for small businesses who want peace of mind, confidence in their decisions, and support navigating HR without overcomplication.

Growth Partner

$2,550 + GST per month
For businesses with 11–30 employees
Support hours: 12 hours per month

Designed for growing organisations where people management is becoming more complex and HR decisions carry greater impact.

This package provides deeper advisory support, helping leaders think through people decisions before acting and manage workforce matters with clarity and structure.

Support includes:
✔ Everything included in the Starter Solution
✔ End-to-end recruitment support for one position per quarter (non-cumulative)

This package is ideal for organisations ready to move beyond reactive HR and establish stronger systems, consistency, and confidence as they scale.

Leadership Tier

$6,050 + GST per month
For businesses with 31–50 employees
Support hours: 25 hours per month
Includes two half-day on-site visits per month
Available in the Goldfields / Esperance region

Designed for larger teams requiring hands-on HR support and regular leadership involvement.

This package provides ongoing, embedded HR support to assist leaders in navigating workforce challenges, maintaining compliance, and supporting operational effectiveness.

✔ Hands-on, on-site HR support
✔ Regular presence to support leaders and teams

This premium package ensures HR support is accessible, responsive, and aligned to the day-to-day realities of managing a larger workforce.

HR support packages include a defined monthly allocation of HR advice, guidance, and support.

Project work – including large-scale documentation builds, surveys, restructures, system design, or implementation – is scoped and priced separately to ensure clarity, quality, and appropriate resourcing.

Organisations with more than 50 employees

As organisations grow beyond 50 employees, workforce complexity increases significantly. Leadership structures, compliance risk, employee relations, and cultural consistency all require a more tailored approach.
